The TriService Nursing Research Program (TSNRP) invites military nurses to attend its 2026 Research & Evidence-Based Practice Dissemination Course on 24-26 March 2026 in the Baltimore/Washington DC metro area.
This popular education event for military nurses features keynote lectures by military nursing leaders, nationally recognized clinical experts, and nurses from the Army, Navy, and Air Force. In 2026, invited keynotes include:

Elizabeth Scannell-Desch, PhD, RN, OCNS, FAAN, Col(ret), USAF and Mary Ellen Doherty, PhD, CNM, RN, authors of Nurses in War: Voices from Iraq & Afghanistan, plus
Ronald K. Poropatich, MD, MS, COL(ret), Center for Military Medicine Research on the Impact of Medical Autonomous Care & Autonomous Movement on the Battlefield
Attendees will gain firsthand knowledge of the latest evidence supporting operational readiness, force health protection, and the Military Healthcare System worldwide at the Gold Standard of Military Nursing Science. Plus, opportunities to network with counterparts across service branches to find collaborators and mentors, and share best practices.
Networking opportunities specific to clinical topics will be held by TSNRP Research Interest Groups, including anesthesia nursing, expeditionary care, biobehavioral health, health systems/informatics, military family, and military female health.
