Research Interest Groups: Networking & Collaboration
The TSNRP Research Interest Groups (RIGs) meet online to present operational research and evidence-based practice projects, mentor junior officers and novice researchers, and share information and resources useful to military nurses and researchers. If you're interested in Evidence-Based Practice and collaborating with other military nurses, these are a great way to learn and meet colleagues across service branches. Anesthesia (ARIG)
The ARIG creates a research and Evidence-Based Practice agenda to align resources, support scientific inquiry, and advance the translation of knowledge to CRNA practice.
Expeditionary (ExRIG)
The ExRIG maximizes the outcomes of patient care during expeditionary missions to improve the readiness of providers to perform in the operational setting.

Military Family (FIG)
The FIG generates family-based research that will influence Department of Defense (DoD) policy to optimize the care of the military family.

Biobehavioral Health (BHRIG)
The BHRIG supports researchers with methods education and mentoring in the full range of biobehavioral health.

Health Systems/Informatics (HSIRIG)
The HSIRIG seeks to enhance MHS resource planning, particularly with respect to nursing care, in order to improve patient outcomes.

Military Women’s Health (MWHRIG)
The MWHRIG builds knowledge used to create Evidence-Based Practices, policies, and programs to support the health and well-being of Service women.
