EBP Workshop Request Form

For Active Duty, Reservists and National Guard U.S. Military Nurses

Understand Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) concepts, and the importance of EBP for operational readiness and nursing care of warfighters in operational settings, and the military health care system conducted by TSRNP Regional EBP Facilitators. Whether online or at your treatment facility, TSNRP will introduce EBP and provide training for nurses to lead and conduct EBP projects to improve patient care. In addition to presenters, TSNRP will provide course materials and reference guides for your team. Post workshop TSNRP will provide 3 coaching sessions to assist with implementation of the site's operational project. To express your interest, please complete the request form below.
