FY25 Mini Evidence-Based Practice Project Funding 

Rolling Applications Accepted until August 29, 2026

​This award provides equipment and supplies in support of military nurse-led evidence-based practice (EBP) operational projects that foster warfighter readiness and military nursing care in operational settings and the military health care system.

Applications are accepted via the TSNRP Grants Database on a rolling basis until the deadline, pending available funding.​
