The latest Evidence-Based Practice for Military Nursing and Readiness was held in San Antonio this week for 15 military nurses. Many attendees were junior nurses and/or introduced to evidence-based nursing practice for the first time.
COL John Yauger, PhD, CRNA, FAANA, the TSNRP executive director, opened with an overview of the advantages TSNRP offers military nurses such as education, early career coaching, fellowships, research interest groups, and networking with nurses across services.
Attendees paused briefly to take part in the Great North American Eclipse.
